"Clean, Intuitive Interface That Makes Discovering Opportunities Effortless"
What do you like best about Cake?

What I like best about Cake is its clean and intuitive interface. The minimalist design makes it easy to navigate and focus on what truly matters—discovering opportunities and showcasing professional profiles. It strikes a great balance between aesthetics and usability, creating a smooth and enjoyable user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

At the moment, I don’t have any particular dislikes. My experience with Cake has been smooth, and the platform feels well-designed and user-friendly. I appreciate the overall usability and clarity it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Resume Import That Saves Time"
What do you like best about Cake?

The AI-powered resume import feature is absolutely fantastic. It saves me so much time by automatically extracting my work experience and descriptions—you simply upload your resume file, and the system handles the rest. I highly recommend this feature to anyone looking to streamline their application process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

As a new user, the job matching mechanism is still a bit unclear to me. I would love to see a more intuitive onboarding process or clearer guidance to help users master all the platform's features more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Job Platform with Direct Employer Access"
What do you like best about Cake?

I love that Cake provides a lot of job opportunities that are more professional in nature compared to other platforms. The detailed job descriptions are great because they list all the necessary details an employer might need. I appreciate being able to reach out directly to hiring teams, making the process more personal and direct. The translation to English is also better than other services I’ve used, so it’s been particularly helpful since I can't read Chinese. The clear notifications about whether my application has been read or replied to are extremely useful. The initial setup was quite easy, and navigating the website is a breeze. Plus, the AI integration really helps me optimize my profile effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

The translation is already good but it still needs improvement. Some pages can't be translated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cake is easy to use and feels more like an active job-search community than just a resume tool."
What do you like best about Cake?

Cake makes resume writing much easier with its well-designed modules and plenty of real, successful resume examples. The platform also feels truly alive—experts and career advisors are active and genuinely helpful, which makes it more than just a traditional resume site.

Overall, Cake really feels like a social network for both job seekers and recruiters, and that’s very motivating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

Some resume editing features could be a bit more intuitive—for example, figuring out how to add sub-bullets under an item took me a moment, and occasionally the line spacing behaves a bit unexpectedly. Nothing major, but small UX tweaks would make it even smoother.

One area that could be improved is PDF export. It can be a bit tricky to control page breaks, and sometimes section headings or tables end up split across pages. It would be great to have a simple page-break feature—similar to Word—or the option to download the resume in a Word format for finer adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Resume Editing with Easy Mobile Access"
What do you like best about Cake?

I find Cake easy to use for editing resumes, especially on my phone, which makes it very useful. I can easily choose a format that I like and make edits, log in from my phone, and quickly print my resume as a PDF. The interface is quite easy to navigate, and you don't need to download an app; just use a web page. This simplicity and ease of access are what I really appreciate about Cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

I think it would be helpful if Cake could notify me about how many pages I've done. Like, if I go over three pages, I need to reduce the lines or the number of words to fit within the range of just two pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Job Search with Great Remote Work Filters"
What do you like best about Cake?

1. Search for job openings in both large corporations and startups

2. User-friendly interface

3. Advanced remote work filters beyond just 'yes' or 'no' options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

Many job postings hide the actual company information (likely managed by Cake Recruiters), and I wish there was an option to filter these out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Start with Easy Navigation"
What do you like best about Cake?

I'm really interested in Cake so far. I love that it has this neat feature where you can swipe left if you're not interested in someone and swipe right if you are interested in connecting. It's a simple yet incredibly effective way to navigate the app. Also, the display of Cake is brilliant and easy to use, which makes my initial experience quite pleasant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

I'm quite new, so I don't fully understand the matching feature and how I'm supposed to find jobs. The display is nice and easy to use, but I'm unclear where to go for job searches since all I see are people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cake?

I like that Cake is easy to use and offers opportunities for remote jobs. The AI assistance for updating my resume is also a helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

I would like to know about how the process goes after I applied the job, and would like to have reply from the company if I get rejection or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the friendly and effective job search platforms in late 2025"
What do you like best about Cake?

I came to Cake with a fairly comfortable mindset, but also a bit worried because this is the end of 2025, it might be very difficult to find a new job. However, Cake helped me discover that I have a lot of untapped potential. Cake suggested directions and solutions suitable for my current situation. From there, I learned from experience, as well as had the opportunity to get closer to potential businesses that are suitable for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

Regarding Cake’s shortcomings, I really haven’t found any. However, if I had to point out something, I think it would be that Cake is not yet very popular in the Vietnamese market. This also somewhat limits the job opportunities for the majority, especially young people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great platform for discovering remote and trending job opportunities"
What do you like best about Cake?

What I like most about Cake is that it offers many remote job opportunities, which makes it easier to explore roles beyond geographic limits. I also appreciate that Cake curates and highlights trending and in-demand positions, helping job seekers quickly understand the current job market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cake?

One downside of Cake is that in Taiwan, most employers and job seekers still rely heavily on local platforms like 104. As a result, some opportunities on Cake may feel less comprehensive compared to more established local job boards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
